I am a certified sexuality educator, dating and relationship coach,
youth specialist, motivational speaker, and columnist. I have been
helping adults and youth with my services for over nine years. I
give my clients straight, practical advice on sexuality, dating,
and relationships with a pure heart, which helps guide them from
heartbreak to empowerment.
Although I have a degree in psychology and have studied mental
health counseling, I believe it is my intuitiveness as well as
real-life relationship experiences that will provide the knowledge
to help guide you in finding your answers. I have partnered with
clients and patients in settings such as private practice,
community clinics, group housing, and inpatient state mental health
hospitals. Over the years I have practiced individual, couples, and
group therapy using behavioral and cognitive techniques. I have
tested, evaluated, and written professional assessments and
progress notations on over 200 inpatients.
